To intelligently source, use, and reuse our natural resources, we need data (of the right type). Geospatial data informs which resources are available and where, the condition (pollution state) of these resources, and offers opportunity to optimally link resource to user need. Geospatial data are thus pivotal to delivering Net Zero Plus. Yet the invaluable insights these data sources offer are to date unexplored or exist in 'siloed' networksThis project will determine the geospatial data sources available and evaluate how these data sources can be used to make intelligent decisions about efficient resource use (and reuse) to ensure green growth that spans the many process environments we rely on. This will include identifying the considerations and challenges in matching 'granularity' needs between available data and the application of these data sources to evaluate resource use, misuse and reuse opportunities.
