a) Review the literature on assistive technologies repairs, and the impact of repairs on use, psychological wellbeing and other factorsb) Extend the study of repairs by Nagaraja [1], to other UK centres and to one Ugandan centre.c) Carry out an empirical study of the relationship between frequency of use and repairs, and the impact of repairs on users' psychological wellbeing, and on patterns of use of (repaired) devices.d) Identify, with users, repair strategies which could reduce the impact of failures in their prosthesis on their wellbeing
