There is increased interest in green hydrogen as a potential key contributor todecarbonisation. As was outlined in the above literature review, it would be timely to have amore in depth understanding of public perception towards hydrogen infrastructure. Inaddition, the EU has recently published two delegated acts (DAs), defining what constitutesrenewable hydrogen within the EU. It would be useful, for a framework to be developedwhich helps developers identify how hydrogen can be produced that meets the requirementsof the DAs, whilst also being technically and economically feasible.Two potential research questions have been identified from the literature for developing thisresearch project. This research may address both questions, or will focus on one questionmore specifically as the research areas are further scoped out. The questions are as follows:1. What is the public perception towards renewable hydrogen infrastructure?2. How can hydrogen production be developed to ensure that it complies with the EUdelegated acts on renewable hydrogen and is technically and economically feasible?
