The aim of the project is to deposit mixed anion films with unusual optoelectronic properties for applications in transparent conductors. Materials will be selected with input from computational chemistry colleagues, and will be deposited using AACVD. The student will synthesis and characterise the novel molecular precursors needed to deliver the desired elemental compositions and phases and make use of a range of deposition techniques.
