ADMINISTRATIVE CORE, PART I A. Strategic Plan The UCSD CFAR has a dynamic and ongoing strategic planning process, as described in the sections below. The CFAR Director has regular in-person and e-mail contact with CFAR Core Directors and investigators, which provides ongoing feedback and opportunity for real-time evaluation of our Center activities. In addition, monthly Core Director meetings and our annual strategic planning retreat provide more formal settings for evaluation, discussion, and planning. This process is outlined fully in the following sections.
