PROJECT SUMMARY / ABSTRACT Abstract: The AIMS of the parent grant for this supplement have not changed. Due to impacts of COVID-19 we were unable to collect the clinical data from the HIV ART clinics. These impacts included being restricted from entering the ART clinics to extract participant clinical data, as well as an outbreak of COVID-19 among our study staff that lead to a large number of illnesses and associated quarantines that stopped field activities. In addition, one of our lead coordinators died of COVID, and another was hospitalized in dire condition for an extended time. These data are needed to establish our primary outcome for AIM 3, which is to establish whether retention in HIV care among newly enrolled clients is enhanced over 24-months with the addition of NCD care. We now have clearance to return to the ART clinics to collect these data.
