This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. The subproject and investigator (PI) may have received primary funding from another NIH source, and thus could be represented in other CRISP entries. The institution listed is for the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator. The purpose of this protocol is to determine the acceptability and toxicity of A-007 0.25% gel applied to the anal/perianal area, as part of the treatment of high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions. Also to monitor any local responses from topically applied A-007 as the treatment for high grade squamous intraepithelial lesions.
