IDENTIFICATION OF LIMB DEFECTS IN MOUSE EMBRYOS LACKING FGF2IIIB WITH OCT/MRI

This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. We will study limb defects in specimen mouse embryos lacking Fgfr2IIIb by combining optical CT (OCT) and MRM information. Specimens will be stained for MR imaging, then stained for cartilage using alcian blue stain and cleared for OCT imaging.
