This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. The subproject and investigator (PI) may have received primary funding from another NIH source, and thus could be represented in other CRISP entries. The institution listed is for the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator. The E2A proteins E12 and E47 are expressed throughout B-cell development to activate B-cell specific gene expression and immunoglobulin gene rearrangement. Here we propose to examine the cellular localization of E12 and E47 during distinct stages of B-cell development, specifically we would examine localization utilizing tetracysteine-biarsenical labeling.
