This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. The subproject and investigator (PI) may have received primary funding from another NIH source, and thus could be represented in other CRISP entries. The institution listed is for the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator. A website and the necessary assoicated software for its management have been created for the deposition of published proteomic data and its correlation with other types of protein analytical data. Prof. Akhilesh Pandey, Johns Hopkins University, is the leader of the project. Contributions to the construction and formatting of the site have been made by more than seventy laboratories worldwide. it is impractical to list all the investigators' names here. From BUSM, Profs. Costello and McComb have participated in this effort. A manuscript describing the project has been submitted for publication.
