This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. Regarding AIDS The goal of A5146 is to determine whether dose modification of protease inhibitors (PIs), based on the results of therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) to optimize PI drug concentrations, improves virologic response in PI-experienced subjects and whether such a strategy is safe and tolerable.
