英文摘要
This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the
resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. The subproject and
investigator (PI) may have received primary funding from another NIH source,
and thus could be represented in other CRISP entries. The institution listed is
for the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator.
Bone marrow stem cells (BMSCs) are mobilized in response to ischemic attacks, e.g. myocardial infarction, to repair the damages, or by cytokines, e.g. granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) for BMSC harvest and autologous transplantation. In the current study, we investigated whether G-CSF-mobilized BMSCs share the same subtype profiles as the ischemia-induced repair in nonhuman primate baboons.
