This contract supports SBIR Applicant Assistance Program. The goal of this Task Order is to transition all activities and services of the incumbent and to provide biomedical data management support including manual and automated secure and standardized processes to enter, store, retrieve and analyze data and documents for DCEG research studies. Data management tasks may include data containing Personally Identifiable Information (PII). 1) Data Modeling, Acquisition and Management - 2) Data Analytics, including Statistical and Bioinformatic Analysis 3) Tool and Software Development 4) Transition-Out Plan
