This contract will independently provide solution delivery management services to satisfy the overall operational objectives of the Information Technology and Applications Center (ITAC), National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute (NHLBI). The contractor will lead technology management aspects of ITAC systems, software, data science and infrastructure implementation projects through technical leadership, oversight, management and strong collaboration with business owners and NHBLI leadership. It is expected over the first year that a portion of this objective will transition from a focus on technical management to a focus on pure technical architecture and oversight. This transition would be in conjunction with the shift the Office of Management (OM) and Project Management Support Services (PMSS) is planning to provide management support functions.
