项目摘要
This is a supplemental equipment request to the project R01GM111917 in response to NOT-GM-22-017
to purchase an ultra-low temperature freezer to store biological samples needed for the project,
including the accumulated biomass, fractionated proteins, RNA, and high-efficiency competent cells. The
samples are currently stored in an outdated communal freezer, which has trouble maintaining the
required temperature and recently had to undergo urgent repairs.
