In the past year investigators and staff on this project proposed a robust-efficient method for group comparison of clustered biomarkers when a large number of biomarkers have inherent clustering structures; investigated the efficiency of min-max combination of biomarkers to maximize the partial area under the ROC curve; developed a nonparametric estimation of distributions and diagnostic accuracy based on group tested results with differential misclassification; and proposed efficient inference methods on ROC curves with correlated and clustered biomarkers data.
