项目摘要
The ARIS is now into the second year of recruitment. We are currently recruiting from 19 US and international centers. Approvals from the various IRBs are still pending for the British investigators while the other clinics are fully operation. The reading center is complete with the certification of the equipment and the personnel for measurement of the functional studies that are activated. There are 3 sites to be activated. The Reading center is actively involved with eligibility gradings.
We have recruited 105 participants with 7 more pending eligibility in multiple clinical center.s This is a multicenter study which is led by the NIH leadership. This natural history study will hopefully have recruited fully within the next 2 years but we hope to incorporate these data into the DRCR.Retina Network.
