英文摘要
The Human BioMolecular Atlas Program (HuBMAP) is developing a comprehensive baseline for normal (healthy) tissue. This baseline will have great value, but only through comparison of complementary datasets against it. We propose accelerating research to be based on the interoperation of HuBMAP data with complementary datasets through a two-year Common Fund Data Ecosystem (CFDE) project. In this project, HuBMAP will: 1) partner closely with the CFDE Coordinating Center (CFDE-CC) on CF-wide data activities, and 2) engage in pilot projects with two other Data Coordination Centers (DCCs) – Stimulating Peripheral Activity to Relieve Conditions (SPARC) and Gabriella Miller Kids First – to demonstrate the value of establishing interoperability between appropriately chosen datasets.
