This project will develop the theoretical advances that will lead to the creation of gigabit wireless multiple access networks, with data rates at least two orders of magnitude faster than current wireless networks. This will enable cost-effective 'last mile' links to the national broadband network in densely populated urban areas and in rural and regional Australia.
