项目摘要
This proposal is to upgrade a total internal reflection fluorescence (TIRF) microscope. The system is currently housed in the state-of-the-art McGill Life Sciences Complex Imaging Facility where researchers can have access to high quality training and expertise. The facility also performs routine maintenance to ensure the system is always performing at its peak. This upgrade will ensure the equipment continues to be at the forefront of biotechnology and that we will continue to capitalize on the public funds that were used for the original purchase.
