A team of robots would work together to accomplish an assigned task rapidly and efficiently. In many applications such as search and rescue operations, a multi-robot system has obvious advantages such as faster operation, higher efficiency and better reliability than a single robot. The key challenges of multi-robot systems are the safe navigation, effective communication and efficient cooperation of these robots.
