英文摘要
Currently, all types of mushrooms destined for the fresh market are harvested by hand. The harvesting process involves identifying ripe mushrooms, picking mushrooms in a manner that does not damage or contaminate the mushrooms or their neighbours, and packaging the mushrooms. The cost of harvesting mushrooms alone accounts for over 30% of the total production costs. Automating the harvesting process using robotic systems will clearly results in both cost reduction and increased productively.
