There is a growing trend in migrating services and activities of businesses and people onto the Internet through the adoption of service-oriented, clouding computing and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). Recent studies by analysts, such as Gartner and Saugatuck Research, concur that 25-percent of all enterprise systems will be delivered as on-demand SaaS by 2011. While this has provided businesses and people with effective ways of engagement and delivering new generation of products and services, it has brought forward a tremendous amount of challenges and open issues for researchers.
