项目摘要
Eye3concepts Inc. is an Ontario incorporated Company that has been in business for almost four years. Eeye3 is located in Oakville Ontario and has a number of shareholders with David Wilson, the founder, being the principal shareholder. Its soul focus has been the development of a small hand sized consumer device used for the real time analysis of fluid. The consumer rational is providing a hand held consumer device used for the detection and identification of date rape drug. The company specific problem we are dealing with is that of Drug Facilitated Sexual Assault. DFSA is a long standing crisis that is just entering public awareness. Canadian, North American and European studies suggest that one woman in four will be sexually assaulted in their lifetimes and one in four of those assaults will be facilitated by drugs or alcohol1-3. These compounds known as date rape drugs are readily available with the largest single bust of date rape drugs in Canadian
history being a seizure of $1.4 Billion of GHL in Montreal in 2009.The pd.id is a solution that has been under development for 4 years. The pd.id is a small consumer focused electronic device the size of a large lip stick applicator that will analyze fluids real time for abnormalities. It can identify visually or audibly if a fluid is safe to drink or it has been tampered with.
