Team-centered productivity issues affect businesses in every industry, interfering with their efficiency. Studies have shown that, in the United States alone, lost productivity costs amount to $550 billion per year, while in Canada, labor productivity growth is even slower than in the United States. VIVO collects survey data from their clients to calculate 6 key indicators for team productivity, and designs team-centered strategies to reduce lost productivity costs. The main goal of this project is to determine the best choice of key indicators to be targeted in order to improve the client's business efficiency. To achieve this objective it is important to understand the correlation structure between the key variables currently being computed, how this structure may change over time within a team, a company, and across different industries, etc. and also their relationship with the leadership gap. This knowledge will help the company forecast what changes in key indicators can be expected when the value of one of them is changed, and will result in clients receiving more informed diagnostics and more efficient and targeted interventions.
