AXIS is expanding its activities in the area of BAS and tap into the market of Intelligent Building Automation Systems (IBAS). Introduction of Internet of things (IoT) notion and its combination with BAS has resulted in a new generation of building and energy management systems. AXIS is targeting to create a BAS platform that is capable of incorporating different available technologies and third party systems and deliver a unified management system to the end users. Energy management is an important consideration throughout a building's lifecycle: design, simulation (e.g., energy modelling), construction (e.g., commissioning), operations, re-design, further simulation, and re-commissioning.
