With the rapid proliferation of advanced wireless communication technologies and services, wireless communications are now facing many emerging challenges, including prominently the issue of wireless security. The long term goal of the proposed CRC research program is to develop highly original wireless security enhancement technologies for current and future wireless communications to protect communications confidentiality and robustness of wireless communications infrastructure. To achieve this goal, the proposed CRC research activities for the next five years will be focused on novel authentication techniques through physical layer processing, continuous and dynamic system adaptation and situation-aware user cooperation.
