The Medical Confidence Healthcare navigation service identifies potential wait times for medical consultation**and treatment by mapping an individual's case requirements with the 13,500 candidate physicians in the**Medical Confidence physician network. This project will improve the speed and accuracy with which such**mapping can be done by integrating analytical business intelligence technology such as IBM Watson or**Microsoft Power BI into Medical Confidence's existing machine learning / cognitive computing system. This**project will advance the Medical Confidence vision of improving the care Canadians receive through**optimized use of the healthcare system, including ensuring individuals efficient access to the ideal physician**specialists who are ready and able to treat their medical condition. The result is reduced treatment wait times,**improved outcomes, and lower costs for individuals, corporations, physicians, and the healthcare system.
