英文摘要
The fast spread of Covid-19 resulted in a global pandemic within a few months with unprecedented consequences challenging the capacity of health care systems as well as forcing a large scale shut-down of many economies.
This application aims to facilitate solutions for better infection screening and management by providing sensitive assays developed for devices that are suitable for testing outside the clinical laboratory setting. Detection is based on specific molecular recognition of Covid-19 targets resulting while the devices represent a multipurpose platform that can be expanded to other medically relevant as a powerful tool in pandemic management.
