With digitalization and the impacts of COVID-19, the labor market is changing and companies globally must adapt to remain competitive. To meet these challenges, companies must dynamically understand the current and future workforce skills they need and develop the ability to dynamically manage their talent. To support companies in their talent management strategies, the project aims to design a competency-centric artificial intelligence ("AI") platform that leverages massive data and uses recommendation models. This project will be led by the LICEF research institute of TÉLUQ University and will be carried out in partnership with PMGS.The immediate benefits expected from this project are multiple. The use of the platform will allow organizations to make smarter hiring and talent management decisions, increase requalification and retention of personnel with dynamic, interactive and exploitable information. It will also help governments address critical issues such as labor shortages in certain industries and the transition to the future labor market.
