We have developed ANIMO, the Adaptive Neural Implant for Modulation and Observation. ANIMO is a vessel to implant our proprietary machine learning and neuromodulation technology within the nervous system to interpret neural activity and to respond using electrical neurostimulation. We aim to deploy ANIMO as the solution for uncontrolled seizures in veterinary healthcare. The device is suitable for over 2.5 million drug-refractory candidates, and with an anticipated procedure cost of $10,000, a multi-billion-dollar potential market exists. When just considering insured cases of drug-refractory epilepsy alone (estimated to be about 2.5% of cases), the potential addressable market size is $720M. We have formed a strategic distribution partnership with one of the most advanced veterinary hospitals in Canada, Animal Health Partners.We have clarified our value proposition as providing a device which offers the only solution for uncontrolled seizures in veterinary healthcare. We have identified the drug-refractory canine epilepsy market segment as our primary target.
