我们研究苯并杂卓的[2+2]和[2+3]反应，得到立体专一性的产物：一系列新型杂环化合物。本申请课题是进一步研究含硫氮的苯并杂卓与卡宾或重氮乙酸乙酯发生[2+1]和与烯酮类化衔锓⑸鶾2+2]反应得到的一系列新型杂环化合物的形成机理、光谱性质和立体化学以及它们的生理活性，所得结果将会丰富杂环合成化学和理论研究的内容，并有潜在的应用价值。

Hydrolysis of peptides in organisms is very important, especially for the study of organic chemistry, biochemistry and medicine. How to produce a catalytic antibody to hydrolyze peptide bonds has been remaining interest and difficult. In many investigations, a phosphate or phosphine that mimic tetrahedral transition state on peptide hydrolysis was often selected as a hapten to elicit catalytic antibodies. In our study, a sulphonyl was used to mimic tetrahedral transition state. Two classes of haptens and their antibodies were synthesized and prepared successively, and their catalytic activities were determined respectively by the means of HPLC. The results showed that two kinds of catalytic antibodies were all able to catalyze the hydrolysis of peptide, however the activity of the antibody elicited by sulfur-containing antigen is higher than by phosphorus-containing antigen. These results will be valuable for the design of reasonable chemical structure of hapten and development of high activity catalytic antibody.
