信息安全中的编码和数论问题

本项目是天元数学高级研讨班项目, 拟邀请国内外研究代数数论、组合数学、编码、后量子公钥密码方面的专家和优秀中青年学者, 围绕编码理论和后量子公钥密码中的关键数学问题展开深入的交流与合作, 主要研究下面两个方面问题: 局部修复码的理论研究和构造；模格的最短生成元问题的求解问题. 针对本项目的研究内容, 举办两次研讨班, 展开研讨活动, 给相关研究领域的学者提供一个自由和宽松的交流合作和展示研究成果的平台, 交流信息、开阔视野、掌握新的前沿知识, 从而推动数学与信息科学交叉领域的发展.

This program is supported by the Tianyuan Mathematics Senior Seminar Project of NSFC.We will invite domestic and foreign experts and outstanding young scholar in algebraic number theory, combinatorial mathematics, coding, post quantum public key cryptography, to carry out in-depth communication and cooperation on key mathematical problems in coding theory and post-quantum public key cryptography. This program mainly studies the following two aspects: the research and construction of locally recoverable codes; the shortest generating element problem of modular lattices. In view of the research content of this program, two seminars will be held to provide a free and relaxed platform for scholars in related research fields to exchange information, broaden their vision and master new frontier knowledge, so as to promote the development of the interdisciplinary field of mathematics and information science.
