“创新驱动发展”已然成为我国企业成长的核心战略。然而，组织成长理论研究存在不足：（1）组织成长的可持续机理有待更深入剖析；（2）成长途径聚焦于技术创新，对新经济环境中的企业成长模式缺乏广泛解释力；（3）对可持续成长根本动力系统性的认识不够。.项目拓展与整合二元创新、组织性格、可持续竞争优势等理论，研究知性管理（专注于知识资本与组织性格的协同治理）、新型二元创新（聚焦于技术创新与商业模式创新的耦合与交互）与可持续竞争优势之间的作用机理与路径，探索新经济环境中企业组织可持续成长的模式与策略。.研究内容包括：（1）提出组织可持续成长的二元性理论；（2）分析知性管理驱动新型二元创新的机理；（3）测量新型二元创新的实现路径；（4）探索新型二元创新促进组织可持续成长的路径，归纳可持续成长模式，并进行策略开发。.项目研究丰富了创新驱动的组织可持续成长理论，对我国新经济环境中的企业成长实践有重要指导价值。

Innovation-driven development has been the core strategy of organizational growth in China. However, the organizational growth theory does exist some deficiencies. First, the sustainable mechanism of organizational growth needs to be deeply developed. Second, the path of growth focuses on technological innovation which often loses capability for broadly explaining the growth pattern of organizations in new economy environments. Third, the understandings of the systematic fundamental impetus of sustainable growth are insufficient.. The study expands and integrates the theories such as ambidextrous innovation, organizational character and sustainable competitive advantage, and focuses on the impacting mechanism and path between intellectual management, which concentrates on the co-governance of intellectual capital and organizational character, and new ambidextrous innovation, which places emphasis on the coupling and interaction of technological innovation and business model innovation, as well as sustainable competitive advantage. Through the study, the sustainable growth patterns and strategies of the organizations in Chinese new economy environments are explored.. The research content includes the followings. First, it builds some ambidextrous theories for explaining organizational sustainable growth. Second, it analyzes the impacting mechanism of intellectual management on new ambidextrous innovation. Third, the realization path of the new ambidextrous innovation is measured. Finally, the influencing path of new ambidextrous innovation on sustainable growth is explored, and the sustainable growth patterns and strategies are summarized.. The study would enrich the innovation-driven sustainable growth theory, and have an important role for leading Chinese enterprises’ growth practices in the new economy environments.
