记忆是文化自信、城乡复兴的源泉。城市记忆使物理空间转变成具有社会属性的场所，阐释空间的地方性意义。在中国城镇化大规模人口流动中，在权力和市场的作用下，流动性对城市记忆是双刃剑，丰富记忆的同时也可能引发记忆扭曲、空间逻辑杂乱和地方特色丧失。旧城是移民到达新城市后的主要聚集地之一；也因其丰富的历史文化资源成为旅游目的地。研究结合数理统计和实证分析，宏观层面用开放数据揭示城市尺度的记忆时空规律和作用机制，挖掘记忆空间的结构性网络和关键性节点，引导流动群体的合理分布，形成对城市记忆的有效保存和丰富；微观层面用质性方法探讨典型个体在不同功能区的流动特征，及其小规模、非正式的空间建设活动，形成不同功能地段记忆空间的适宜规划措施。由此得出土地利用、交通体系、人口调控、空间优化等策略，以及移民、旅游管理等政策优化建议；推进规划学科的复杂性和系统性理论探索、城市记忆的动态研究范式和旧城的地方性空间实践。

Memory is the source of cultural self-confidence, and is also essential to urban and rural rehabilitation. City memory makes physical space a place with social attributes, interpreting its local significance. The process of urbanization in China is accompanied with a large-scale migration. Under the influence of power and market, the mobility acts as a double-edged sword to urban memory, because it enriches memory, but meanwhile it may also lead to memory distortions, mess of spatial logic, and loss of local characteristics. The old city is one of the main gathering places for immigrants after they reach a new city; and it also becomes tourist destinationfor its rich historical and cultural resources. This research is based on the mathematical statistics and empirical analysis. In macro-level, it reveals spatial and temporal rules and mechanism of memory at urban scale, explores structural network and critical nodes of memory space, guides the rational distribution of the floating population, and leads to effective preservation and stimulation of the urban memory. In micro-level, qualitative method is applied to explore the mobility characteristics of typical individuals in different functional areas as well as their small-scale informal space construction activities, and to form appropriate planning measures of memory space in different functional areas. According to the result, strategies of land use, transportation system, population control and spatial optimization, as well as suggestions for policy optimization in immigration and tourism management can develope. It also promotes the complexity and systematic theory of planning disciplines, the dynamic research paradigm of urban memory, and local practice of old city.
