基于全球价值网络的多主体行为模式对多主体价值创造的影响研究

近十年中国有大量企业融入全球价值网，但长期处于全球价值网络的边缘位置，面临着低端锁定的难题。为解决该问题，本项目以参与全球价值网络的企业为研究对象，运用企业网络理论和战略管理理论，以提高全球价值网络中多主体价值创造为目标，从全球价值网络中多主体的行为模式视角出发，分析全球价值网络中多主体竞合战略、多主体资源共享、多主体商业模式创新之间的关系，以及全球价值网络中多主体竞合战略对多主体价值创造的影响、多主体资源共享对多主体价值创造的影响、多主体商业模式创新对多主体价值创造的影响，构建全球价值网络中多主体行为模式的价值创造模型，揭示多主体行为模式对多主体价值创造的影响机理，分析其动态演化过程，并通过计量经济方法对理论假设进行检验分析。本项目的研究成果将丰富企业网络理论和战略管理理论等相关方面的研究，也为处于全球价值网络边缘的企业实现价值最大化提供决策支持。

In the past decade, a large number of enterprises in China have been integrated into the global value network(GVN), but they are at the edge of the GVN and have long faced the low-end locked problem. To solve this problem, the research draws on the enterprise network theory and strategic management theory to study the enterprises participating in the GVN for the purpose of improving the value creation of multi-agent in the GVN. From the perspectives of multi-agent behavior and model in the GVN, the research analyzes the relationship among multi-agent coopetition strategy, multi-agent resource sharing and multi-agent business model innovation. And the research also analyzes the impact of multi-agent cooperation strategy, multi-agent resource sharing and multi-agent business model innovation on multi-agent value creation in the GVN. Then the research constructs the value creation model of multi-agent behavior patterns in the GVN and reveals the influence mechanism of these multi-agent behavior patterns on multi-agent value creation. Finally, the theoretical hypotheses will be tested by qualitative and quantitative analysis methods. The research findings not only enrich the research about enterprise network and strategic management theories, but also provide practical guidance for Chinese enterprises at the edge of the GVN to achieve the goal of value maximization.
