旅游发展对旅游地居民生活质量的影响机制研究

旅游发展如何提升旅游地居民生活质量，是当前国际旅游学重要研究前沿，也是化解新时代我国社会主要矛盾的重要途径。然而，相关研究成果还相当缺乏或不深入。为此，本课题借鉴相关研究成果，对旅游发展和旅游地居民生活质量进行科学界定，建立旅游发展指标体系并对其进行测度，确定旅游地居民生活质量维度结构并开发测量量表，探析旅游发展影响因素并检验其作用机理，探究旅游地居民生活质量的时间、空间等多种变化规律，构建并实证检验旅游发展对旅游地居民生活质量影响的循环机制模型，在此基础上，制定相应的旅游地居民生活质量提升机制。通过本课题研究，全面诠释了旅游发展和旅游地居民生活质量的本质，厘清了旅游发展影响因素及其作用机理，揭示了旅游地居民生活质量的变化规律，探明了旅游发展对旅游地居民生活质量影响的循环机制，对丰富和发展旅游地经营管理理论具有重要的科学意义，对突显旅游发展在化解我国社会主要矛盾中的作用具有显著的现实价值。

In the process of tourism development, previous destination managers and tourism researchers mainly paid attention to the economic outcomes of tourism development, such as economic growth. Few studies have focused on other outcomes of tourism development, such as social outcomes. However, with the increasing influence of tourism industry, some scholars have demonstrated that it should focus on the social outcomes of tourism development, especially on destination residents’ quality of life. Therefore, some studies have closely paid attention to destination residents’ quality of life, and how tourism development impacts it in recent years, which leads to the research of destination residents’ quality of life becomes the academic frontier and hotspot in the current tourism research field. . Based on previous relevant studies, this study scientifically defines the concepts of tourism development and destination residents’ quality of life, establishes the index system of tourism development so that to measure it. Based on other disciplines (e.g., sociology, psychology, economics, marketing), this study determines the dimension structure of destination residents’ quality of life, and develops the scale of quality of life according to the scale development paradigm. Further, this study explores the influencing factors of tourism development and analyses their functional mechanism by experimental research method. Using longitudinal research method and experimental research, this study explores the spatial-temporal variation rules of quality of life based on life cycle theory of destination and core-periphery theory. According to social exchange theory, stakeholder theory, social justice theory, relational quality theory, and spillover theory etc., this study constructs the cyclic influencing mechanism models of tourism development on destination residents’ quality of life, and empirically tests these models by using cross sectional survey method, quasi-experimental study method and experimental study method. Lastly, according to the findings of the current study, it provides the suggestions on how to improve destination residents’ quality of life by case study method.. Through this study, it explains the essences of tourism development and destination residents’ quality of life, proves the effect factors of tourism development and their impacting mechanism, reveals the changing rules of destination residents’ quality of life. Most importantly, it ascertains the circulation effect mechanism of tourism development on destination residents’ quality of life. This study enriches and develops the theories of destination marketing and management, has important practical value to emphasize the important role of tourism industry in resolving the major social contradiction of the new era of China.
