研发网络分散化与创新价值的创造和独占过程机制研究

本课题遵循“价值创造—价值独占”逻辑链条，运用面板数据分析、问卷调研、多案例对比研究等方法，全面考察新兴经济背景下企业研发活动地理分散性对创新的影响，构建了研发网络分散化与创新价值的创造和独占过程机制理论框架。.具体而言本课题首先从价值创造的视角出发，整合知识观与组织经济学的相悖观点，理论提出并实证检验了研发网络分散化对创新产出带来的影响以及制度距离和技术依赖性的权变效应；其次引入组织学习顺序的新理论，揭示研发网络拓展作用于创新的动态演化路径；最后从价值独占视角切入搭建了研发网络分散化如何独占创新产出的理论框架。.本课题的意义在于：针对新兴经济企业，构建了一个全面的“本地—跨区域—跨国界”研发网络分析框架，为网络研究提供更全面的视野；揭示了管理研发网络地理范围不仅能帮助企业创造价值，也能获取价值，在为研究网络拓展文献开辟绿地的基础上，也为企业研发战略提供更加全面的决策依据。

Following the logic of “value creation and value appropriation”, this project uses methodologies of large sample survey, second hand data analysis and multi-case studies to explore the relationship between geographical distribution of R&D network and innovation for firms in emerging market, and proposes a theoretical framework of creating and appropriating innovation value in geographical distribution of R&D network. ..First, from the perspective of value-creation, this project combines the knowledge-based view and organizational economics view to examine how geographical distribution of R&D network will influence innovation output theoretically and empirically...Then, by introducing organizational learning sequence theory, this project examines how do firms distribute their R&D network along a specific process in a more dynamic lens. ..Third, this project illuminates another critical aspect of geographic scope in appropriating the innovation’s financial value. ..This project also has important contributions. First of all, it constitutes a comprehensive theoretical framework, namely, local, cross-regional, global R&D network for firms in emerging market, providing a more broad view for network research. Then, it reveals the geographic scope of R&D network can not only help firms create value but also appropriate value, providing important implications for both researchers and managers.
