童年期虐待与基因交互作用对攻击行为影响的研究受到广泛关注，但由于童年期虐待性质多样性及攻击行为多基因决定性，严重制约了对其机制的深入探究。研究童年期虐待与多基因交互作用对青少年攻击行为的预测效应及其机制具有重要的理论与实际意义。本研究拟结合中国社会文化特点，修订儿童期虐待问卷（CTQ），从不同性质系统地评估个体童年期虐待情况，制订中国青少年CTQ常模。并随机选取1000名研究对象，检测MAOA、5-HTTLPR、FEV、FKBP5、NR3C1、OXTR等候选基因多态性，追踪随访其攻击行为发生情况，建立和验证不同性质童年期虐待与多基因交互作用对青少年攻击性行为的预测模型。同时，采用1:1病例对照研究，选择攻击与非攻击青少年各200名，检测相关基因的DNA甲基化水平及mRNA蛋白表达量，深入探讨童年期虐待与多基因交互作用影响青少年攻击行为的生物学机制，为青少年攻击行为的预防和干预提供理论依据。

Research on the influence of the interaction between child maltreatment and genes in aggressive behaviors has attracted great attention. However, the heterogeneity of child maltreatment and the polygenic determination of aggression have hindered the further exploration into this issue. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the prediction and mechanism of the interaction between child maltreatment and polygenes on adolescent aggression. This study intends to revise the childhood trauma questionnaire (CTQ) according to the social and cultural characteristics in China to systematically evaluate the childhood maltreatment situation from multi-dimensions, and to formulate the CTQ norm for Chinese adolescents. On this basis, two thousand students will be randomly selected for the polymorphism detection of candidate genes such as MAOA, 5-HTTLPR, FEV, FKBP5, NR3C1, OXTR, and the follow-up survey will be implemented for their aggressive situation, to establish and verify the prediction model of the interaction between child maltreatment and polygenes on adolescent aggression. Then, two hundred aggressive students and two hundred no aggressive students will be chosen for the detection of DNA methylation level and mRNA and protein expression of related genes with a 1:1 case-control study, to further explore the biological mechanism of the interaction between child maltreatment and polygenes on adolescent aggression, to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and intervention of adolescent aggression.
