全面提升中小学校空间环境品质,适应教育教学更新之需是时代发展的必然。仅以知识传授为主旨的现行中小学校建设《标准》在建设实践中被质疑或超越；缺乏科学依据，盲目追求高标准建设、造成资源严重浪费的案例时有发生。本课题以创新型育人教改为依托，运用建筑计划学“空间与行为相适应”理念及田野方法，选取一定数量的代表性实例，在深入细致调查建立数据库基础上，以利用率为依据探讨校舍适宜性空间指标体系，进而研究既有中小学校舍空间适应性提升路径与方法。研究内容包括：1、对中小学校建筑空间构成现状进行评价与分类；2、以现行标准为基础，对适应教育教学更新的、高标准建设的既有校舍空间进行利用率综合分析评价，探讨其适宜性空间指标体系与算定方法；3、结合国内外代表性案例剖析，探讨典型模式中小学校空间品质提升的适应性路径。研究成果为更新优化中小学建设《标准》、《规范》提供方法与依据，亦为既有中小学空间品质提升提供设计支持。

It is inevitable for the development of the times to comprehensively improve the quality of space environment in primary and secondary schools and to adapt to the needs of education and teaching renewal. The current "Standards" for the construction of primary and secondary schools, aiming at adapting to knowledge imparting, have been questioned or updated in the construction practice; cases of blindly pursuing high standards without scientific basis and causing serious waste of resources have occurred from time to time. Based on the innovation of education and education reform, using the concept of "space and behavior fit" and field methods of architectural planning, this paper selected a number of representative examples, built a database on the basis of in-depth and detailed investigation, and discussed the index system of school building suitability based on utilization rate, and then studied the ways and methods of improving the space suitability of existing primary and secondary schools. The research contents include: 1. Evaluate and classify the status quo of the construction space composition of primary and secondary schools; 2. Based on the current standards, make a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the utilization ratio of the existing school building space adapted to the high-standard construction of education and teaching renewal, and explore its suitability space index system and calculation method; 3. Combine with the analysis of representative cases at home and abroad, discuss the typical model of primary and secondary schools. Adaptive Path to Improve Spatial Quality. The research results provide methods and basis for updating and optimizing the "Standards" and "Norms" for the construction of primary and secondary schools, and also provide design support for improving the spatial quality of existing primary and secondary schools.
