作物疫病每年给我国农业生产造成了严重的经济损失,利用有益微生物进行生物防治具有广泛的应用前景。诱导抗性是生防因子作用的重要途径之一,其内在的作用机制仍需深入研究。申请人前期经过分离筛选,成功获得5株针对疫霉病害的生防芽孢杆菌,其中芽孢杆菌JR48具有潜在的诱导抗性作用。因此,本项目拟以芽孢杆菌JR48为研究对象,以诱导抗性为切入点,首先开展诱抗接种试验验证JR48的诱抗作用,检测JR48在根际的定殖情况和JR48诱抗过程中相关的生理生化指标;其次通过HPLC-MS技术鉴定出JR48的诱抗化合物,完成诱抗化合物的功能验证与分析;最后利用转录组分析手段鉴定出JR48诱抗的植物相关基因,完成诱抗相关基因的功能验证与分析。本项目的实施有望揭示有益微生物诱导植物抗性发挥其生防功能的新机制,为作物疫病的生物防治和生防菌JR48及相关产物的深入开发应用提供理论依据和技术参考。

Crop blight causes severe economic losses to agricultural production in our country every year. Biological control with beneficial microorganisms has broad prospects in application. Induced resistance is one of the important ways for biocontrol factors to function, and its internal mechanism of action still needs to be further studied. In previous studies, we successfully obtained five biocontrol Bacillus strains against Phytophthora blight through isolation and screening. Among them, Bacillus JR48 has the potential to induce resistance. In this project, we will take JR48 as the research object and focus on studying induced resistance. First, the resistance induction of JR48 will be verified by conducting inducing inoculation test, the colonization of JR48 in the rhizosphere will be detected and the relevant physiological and biochemical indexes during JR48 induction will be determined. Second, we will identify the inducing compounds of JR48 by HPLC-MS, and functional verification and analysis of the inducing compounds will be completed. Finally, we will identify the induction-related genes in plants by using transcriptome analysis, and functional verification and analysis of the induction-related genes will be completed. The implementation of this project aims to reveal the novel mechanism underlying beneficial microorganisms inducing plant resistance to exert its biocontrol function, will provide theoretical basis and technical reference for biological control of crop blight and in-depth development and application of JR48 with its related products.
