在城市居民工作——生活冲突问题日益显著的现实下，将时间维度引入城市研究中，是揭示城市时空环境对居民生活质量制约作用的有效途径，也是时空行为研究的突破口。已有研究关注单一活动的时间分配及其背后的制度与社会经济因素，缺乏对整体行为特征、模式的把握及其与城市时空环境影响关系的测度。本研究以行为日志调查、手机信令数据等多源行为数据为基础，从多个时间尺度研究个体时间利用特征与家庭时间统筹模式；剖析城市时空环境对个体与家庭时间利用行为的作用机制与内在逻辑；并进一步识别存在时间利用问题的群体（“时间贫困”群体等）与空间，分析城市时间利用问题的成因机理；在此基础上，探索优化居民生活时间的政策与城市时间、空间规划措施。本研究不仅理论上补充城市研究中的时间维度，加深对空间行为的认识与理解，同时也为民生政策制定、社会公共服务体系完善、城市时间制度调整等工作提供科学依据与实证基础。

The reality that the conflict between work and life of urban residents is becoming more and more obvious makes the introduction of time dimension to urban research the effective way of revealing the restrictive effect of urban spatial-temporal environment on residents' quality of life, and the breakthrough of spatial-temporal behavior research. Studies focusing on the time distribution of single activities and related institutional and socioeconomic factors fail to grasp overall behavioral characteristics and patterns, and measure the impact of urban spatial-temporal environment. Based on multi-source behavioral data including behavioral dairy surveys and mobile signaling data, this research will firstly study time-use characteristics of individuals and time planning patterns of families from multiple time scales; Secondly, it will analyze the influencing mechanism of spatial-temporal environment on time-use decisions made by individuals and families; Furthermore, it will identify groups (“time poverty” groups) and space with time-use problems, and analyze the causes and mechanisms of urban time-use problems. Finally, the research will explore policies of optimizing residents’ living time and methods for urban time and space planning. This research not only injects time dimension into urban research, but also deepens cognition and understanding of spatial behaviors. Besides, the research provides scientific proof and empirical foundation for formulation of people's livelihood policies, improvement of social public service system and adjustment of urban time system.
