竞合对新创农业企业成长性绩效的影响机制研究

本研究采用农业经济学和战略管理视角，综合运用资源观理论、组织学习理论、动态能力和关系嵌入性理论，围绕农业领域中“竞合对新创企业成长性绩效的影响机制”这一核心问题展开研究。对竞合和新创企业成长性绩效的内涵进行了清晰界定和维度梳理，构建了竞合与新创农业企业成长性绩效关系的概念模型，验证了组织学习、资源获取、动态能力、关系嵌入性等因素在上述关系模型中所起的中介和调节效应，并据此提出系列假设。针对竞合和新创农业企业成长性绩效开发了量表，通过对湖南、河南、重庆、江苏、贵州5省市200家新创农业企业问卷调研所获数据，采用结构方程模型、相关分析和多元回归分析对模型和假设进行验证，从而找到竞合对新创农业企业成长性绩效的影响机理。随后通过案例研究和模式分析提出新创农业企业面向成长性绩效的微观响应机制。相关成果将为农业产业组织研究提供新的微观视角，为新创农业企业确定发展战略和政府制定相应扶持政策提供技术参照。

This research adopts the perspective of agricultural economics and strategic management to study the agricultural fields of the core issue “the influence mechanism of competing on growth performance in new venture”, with the theory of resources view, organizational learning , dynamic capability and relational embeddedness. Then define the connotation of “co-opetition”. Building a conceptual model of relationship between co-opetition and new agricultural enterprise growth performance. Analyzing the mediating and moderating effects of organizational learning, dynamic capabilities, resource acquisition, relational embeddedness and other factors. And accordingly put forward a series of hypotheses. It development some scales about co-opetition and new agricultural venture growth performance. According to the data questionnaire survey of 200 new agricultural ventures from Hunan, Henan, Chongqing, Jiangsu, Guizhou 5 provinces, confirm the model and hypotheses by using structural equation model, correlation analysis and multiple regression, in order to find the influence mechanism of co-opetition on growth performance in new agricultural ventures. Then through case studies and model analysis,it will presented microscopic response mechanisms of oriented growth performance for new agricultural enterprise. The results will provide a new micro perspective to study the organization of agricultural industrialization, will provide technical reference for the agricultural enterprises to make development strategy and the government to formulate support policies.
