质量评价和透明性报告是当前网状Meta分析研究的热点之一。我们的前期工作发现，根据西方医学体系制订的网状Meta分析报告规范很难充分体现针刺疗法的特点，不能很好地满足研究者和使用者的需求，从而影响了针刺疗法研究证据的质量及其转化应用。所以，建立符合中医药理论体系的针刺疗法网状Meta分析报告指南，对针刺疗法网状Meta分析的生产及其研究质量的保障意义重大。本课题拟以循证中医药学的理念为指导，针对针刺疗法的特点，基于具体问题，开展针刺疗法网状Meta分析报告质量评价及指南研究，拟从三个方面开展工作：1）对已发表的针刺疗法网状Meta分析的报告质量进行系统评价，并采用德尔菲法确定关键问题；2）通过德尔菲法、面对面共识会议开展针刺疗法网状Meta分析报告指南研究；3）实证测评，对新指南完善和更新。本课题属方法学创新，对促进针刺疗法高质量研究证据的生产与传播、改善临床决策具有重要意义。

Quality assessment and transparency reporting is currently one of the central issues of network meta-analysis research. Our previous work found that the network meta-analysis reporting standards formulated according to the western medical system could not fully reflect the characteristics of acupuncture and could not meet the needs of researchers and users, thus affecting the quality of acupuncture research evidence and its transformation and application. Therefore, it is of great significance for the production and research quality of the network meta-analysis of acupuncture to establish a reporting guideline that conforms to the theoretical system of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Based on the concept of Evidence-based Chinese Medicine and the characteristics of acupuncture, this research intends to carry out the quality assessment and reporting guideline research for network meta-analysis of acupuncture aimed at specific problems. It is planned to carry out the work from three aspects: 1) performing a systematic review to assess the reporting quality of the published network meta-analysis of acupuncture, and identify the key problems by Delphi method; 2) carrying out the study on the reporting guideline for network meta-analysis of acupuncture through Delphi method and face-to-face consensus meeting; 3) conducting empirical evaluation to improve and update the new guideline. This research belongs to methodological innovation, which is of great significance to promote the production and dissemination of high-quality research evidence of acupuncture therapy and improve clinical decision-making.
