湘江长沙段底泥汞污染严重,威胁生态环境和人类健康。利用生物炭控制底泥再释放重金属汞是一种快速且经济的污染修复方法,但是其应用受到污染的底泥-水界面对稳定性和吸附效率等因素限制。因此,本项目拟制备高比表面积、汞强吸附力且成本低的巯基化MIL-53/生物炭复合材料用于控制湘江长沙段底泥再释放汞的污染。项目对巯基化MIL-53/生物炭的构成和应用过程进行优化调控,明确影响巯基化生物炭性能的合成因素及其作用机制,重点探讨复合材料对底泥再释放汞的污染修复效能和机理,分析修复过程中重金属汞的迁移转化行为、微生物效应和植物生长效应,综合评价该修复体系对底泥再释放汞污染控制的可行性。本项目有望为河道底泥重金属污染修复提供理论依据与实践支撑。
英文摘要
The serious mercury in the sediment of Xiangjiang River (changsha) has threatened the safety of the ecological environment and human’s healthy. It is a rapid and economical pollutants remediation method with the utilization of biochar for inhibition of mercury released from sediment. However, the application of biochar is limited by the stability and effectiveness in the contaminated sediment-water environment. Therefore, the sulfhydryl-functionalized MIL-53/biochar with huge specific surface area, high adsorptivity for mercury and low cost is employed for remediation of mercury released from sediment in Xiangjiang River (changsha). The composing system of sulfhydryl-functionalized MIL-53/biochar and application will be optimized. The synthetic factors affecting the effectiveness will be identified. The effect and mechanism of sediment released mercury remediation of composite nanomaterials will be mainly discussed. The migration and transformation of mercury during the remediation and microbial and plant effects will be analyzed. The feasibility of the remediation system for mercury released from sediment will be comprehensively evaluated. This project is expected to provide the theoretical basis and practical support for the heavy metal pollution remediation of river sedimrnt.
