卤化物钙钛矿材料由于其优异的光电特性在太阳能电池和发光二极管等光电领域取得了重大突破,受到了广泛关注。但是目前卤化物钙钛矿材料大多含有铅元素,对人类和生态系统有害,限制了进一步的产业化或实际应用。因此,寻求低毒无铅的钙钛矿材料成为业界关注的焦点。本项目以无铅卤化物双钙钛矿纳米材料作为研究对象,针对其在材料合成及发光二极管应用中存在的一些科学问题展开。本项目主要研究无铅卤化物双钙钛矿纳米材料的可控制备及结构调控,材料的不同纳米结构与发光性能的关系,卤化物双钙钛矿发光二极管的工艺优化、器件结构与光电性能的关系。在此基础上揭示材料的能级结构对发光性能的影响规律,材料的不同纳米结构对器件内部载流子输运和复合的影响规律,建立不同纳米结构的卤化物双钙钛矿纳米材料的能级模型和器件的载流子输运机制模型。从材料合成和器件构筑两方面发展新技术、新方法来改善材料发光特性和提高发光二极管光电性能。
英文摘要
The halide perovskites have made a significant breakthrough in the optoelectronic fields including solar cells and light-emitting diodes due to their unique optical and electrical properties, and have caught widespread interests in the past few years. However, the presence of toxic lead (Pb) elements in the chemical composition of these halide perovskites is harmful to human beings and the ecosystem, which limits their further commercialization or practical applications. As a result, to explore less-toxic and lead-free perovskites becomes the focus of the industry. This research object of the proposal focuses on the lead-free double perovskites nanomaterials, aiming to resolve the current scientific problems in the synthesis of nanomaterials and the potential applications in light-emitting diodes. The main contents of the proposal include the controllable-synthesis and nanostructure-tailoring of lead-free halide perovskites, the relationships between nanostructures of materials and luminescent properties as well as the relationships between the technique optimization of double perovskite-based light-emitting diodes, device structure and optoelectronic performance. Based on these contents, the effects of the energy levels of the materials on the luminescence can be revealed, and the effects of the different nanostructures of halide double perovskites on the charge transportation and recombination in the devices. As a result, the energy level model of the halide perovskites with different nanostructures and the charge transportation model of the devices are put forward in the proposal. The luminescence improvement of the double perovskite nanomaterials and optoelectronic performance enhancement of light-emitting diodes can be realized by developing new technologies and means in the materials synthesis and device fabrication.
