游戏障碍已成为目前备受关注的行为成瘾之一,与药物成瘾类似,存在个体易感性差异,且一旦发展到依赖阶段,则治疗难度堪比戒毒。因此对游戏障碍的早期筛查和干预尤为重要,这需要探究游戏障碍易感性的神经心理生理机制以构建易感性筛查的指标体系。目前关于这方面的研究较少,且样本量偏小(n<20),研究结果的可重复性较差。本项目拟引入虚拟现实新技术,采用同期平行对照设计,综合应用神经心理测验、虚拟现实技术(VR)结合功能影像学和表观遗传学方法,首次对游戏障碍、电竞玩家、正常对照各80例进行神经认知功能评估,采集静息状态与游戏虚拟现实状态下功能核磁共振(fMRI)、弥散张量成像(DTI)和脑结构3D成像数据并数据分析,进行表观遗传学全基因组DNA甲基化检测和筛选甲基化差异性基因,从神经心理--功能影像-表观遗传“三维”角度探求游戏障碍易感性筛查的指标体系,为游戏障碍早期预防和早期干预提供生物标记物和靶点。

Gaming disorder has become one of the most concerned behavioral addictions at present. Similar to drug addiction, gaming disorder also has the characteristic of individual differences in susceptibility, and once it develops to the stage of dependence, the difficulty of treatment is as hard as that of drug rehabilitation. Therefore, early screening and intervention for gaming disorder are particularly important. It is necessary to explore the neuropsychological and neurophysiological mechanisms of gaming disorder susceptibility, to establish the indicators system of susceptibility screening. Currently, there are few studies on this aspect, and the sample sizes of most studies are small(n<20); the repeatability of the research results is poor. This study intends to introduce the new technology of virtual reality(VR), adopt the simultaneous parallel control design, and apply neuropsychological tests, brain functional imaging combined with virtual reality and epigenetics methods for the first time to research the three groups (80 cases of gaming disorder, 80 cases of e-sports player, and 80 cases of normal control). Assess their neurocognitive function, collect data of functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) and brain structure 3D imaging in resting state and the virtual reality environment of gaming, and detect epigenetic genome DNA methylation and screening of differential methylated genes. The indicators system of susceptibility screening for gaming disorder, explored from the "three-dimensional" perspective, neuropsychology-functional imaging-epigenetics, would provide biomarkers and targets for the early prevention and intervention of gaming disorder.
