低碳生产制度的核心是同步协调热量运动与能源转化下的碳减排水平和经济社会健康发展的步伐。本项目以形成绿色热量运动下绿色碳生产力驱动的低碳梯进发展理论及机理为总体目标,探讨 “共生—联治—交互”的绿色碳生产模式理念,构建绿色综合集成低碳系统(G-Carbon系统)。本项目基于绿色热量运动的规律,获取绿色碳生产力的新内涵,分析绿色碳生产力特征,基于新型低碳生产函数评价企业的绿色碳生产力。研究绿色热量运动驱动下绿色碳生产力的内生动力机理及其扩散效应,进行绿色碳生产力的外生多主体演化及共融效应分析,促进绿色碳生产力影响的内外共生梯进。探索绿色热量运动驱动下的市场联动与碳价值实现,阐述低碳行为活力与绿色影响力,获取绿色碳生产力影响的联治协调梯进。探索基于绿色行动及社会交互的绿色碳生产力提升的模式,形成基于资源配置和结构升级的绿色碳生产力提升路径,获取绿色碳生产力影响的交互梯进。
英文摘要
The core of low-carbon production system is to simultaneously coordinate the pace of the level of carbon emission reduction for thermal movement and energy conversion and healthy economic and social development. The overall objective of this project is to develop the theory and mechanism of low-carbon ladder development driven by green carbon productivity under the green thermal movement. This project will discuss the concept of "symbiotic-joint-interactive" green carbon production mode, and construct a green integrated low-carbon system (G-Carbon system). Based on the law of green thermal movement, this project will obtain the new connotation of green carbon productivity, analyze the characteristics of green carbon productivity, and evaluate the green carbon productivity of enterprises based on the new low-carbon production function. Driven by green thermal movement, the endogenous dynamic mechanism and diffusion effect of green carbon productivity will be studied, and the exogenous multi-agent evolution and co-integration effect of green carbon productivity will be analyzed to promote the internal and external symbiotic ladder development of green carbon productivity. This project will explore the market linkage and carbon value realization driven by green thermal movement, expound the vitality of low carbon behavior and green influence, and obtain the joint and coordinated ladder development of the impact of green carbon productivity. This project will explore the promotion mode of green carbon productivity based on green action and social interaction, form the promotion path of green carbon productivity based on resource allocation and structural upgrading, and obtain the interactive ladder development of the impact of green carbon productivity .
