国际工程企业面临多维合规监管体系,规则复杂性是引起机体违规行为反应的重要因素;不同国际化程度的企业因其市场承诺度与经验知识的差异,对规则产生不同的感知制裁力;且组织固定的认知、结构、行为和文化等惯性特征调节感知制裁力塑造违规行为的过程。故本研究将综合考虑外部规则复杂性、组织国际化程度及惯性,揭示国际工程企业违规行为产生机理。建立“刺激-机体-反应(S-O-R)”认知行为模型,分析规则复杂性对违规行为的影响路径;借鉴Uppsala过程模型描述工程企业国际化程度,运用定性比较分析等研究方法探究国际化程度对感知制裁力的影响;通过行为实验等研究方法刻画组织惯性对于违规行为的诱导过程,构建国际化背景下组织惯性的释放机制。研究成果是对认知行为模型及Uppsala国际化模型的创新与发展,并为国际工程企业违规行为防治提供实践借鉴。
英文摘要
International construction companies face multidimensional compliance regulatory systems. Rule complexity is an important factor in the reaction of individual violation behavior. In addition, companies with different degrees of internationalization which results from market commitment and experience have different perceived sanction power, Organizational fixed cognition, structure, behavior, and culture inertia will eventually shape rule violation behavior. Therefore, this study will comprehensively consider the complexity of external rules, the degree of organization internationalization and the characteristics of inertia to reveal the mechanism of rule violation behavior of international construction companies. In this study, the cognitive behavior model will be built as well as the impact path of rule complexity toward rule violation behavior will be analyzed. The impact of degree of internationalization to perceived sanction power will be studied by qualitative comparative analysis method and using Uppsala international process model to depict degree of internationalization of international construction companies; the inducing process of organizational inertia to rule violation behavior will be studied by using behavioral experiments in order to construct releasing mechanism of organizational inertia under internationalization context. The research results will be the innovation and development of the cognitive behavior model and the Uppsala internationalization model, and will provide practical reference for the prevention and control of rule violation behavior of construction companies.
