改革开放四十年以来，民营企业在我国经济中发挥着越来越重要的作用，近年来更是成为推动我国创新发展的重要力量。民营企业的创新离不开各级政府政策的扶持。我国各级政府也相继出台了各类政策扶持民营企业的发展。立足于我国政策施行的现实以及民营企业创新管理的实践，本课题将以民营企业为主要研究对象，首先采用多种技术方法对民营企业的扶持政策进行分类量化分析。在此基础上，本课题系统分析各类扶持政策对于民营企业创新决策的影响，以及具体的作用路径。最后，本课题将进一步分析企业内部治理结构和外部制度环境对于扶持政策对民营企业创新决策作用的影响。

Since the reform and opening-up 40 years ago, the non-state-owned-enterprises (Non-SOEs) have played more and more important roles in China’s economy. In recent years, these firms become the major driving force for the innovation in the whole country. The innovation of non-SOEs relies heavily on the supporting policies from different levels of governments, which also publish numbers of supporting policies to help the development of non-SOEs. This project will take non-SOEs as the sample for research. Firstly, the project will conduct quantitative research for various supporting policies with different research methodologies. Based on above research results, the project will further analyze the effect of supporting policies on non-SOEs’ innovation decisions and how the supporting policies function. Last but not least, the project will further investigate how the internal corporate governance structure and the external institutional factors moderate the association between supporting policies and innovation decisions.
